"Worst service I have ever received,no sorry on their face I went for hair spa, small space with high charge, i didn't like spa service also during my session their machine was not working and they knew before starting my spa but they started. And didn't receive steam they were saying ma'am hot towel de dete hai. It's costly according to space and their service it's better to go local salon they will give you satisfactory service with their greetings. The owner money minded they didn't complete the service and after that they didn't apologise also."

"Jyoti was very good but the room for facial was crammed, n walls were dirty, hardly any space, room was full of products stuffed on the wall, floor was dirty with hair strands, bed was very hard, overall the ambience and hygiene needs to be worked upon."

"Korean hair wash: There was nothing korean about it, no scrubbing, no head massage. Left my scalp itchy (I mentioned it twice but they ignored). Even a normal head wash is so much better elsewhere. The ring fountain wash thing was not working either. Manicure, Pedicure: Pedicure was good, manicure was average (but I am not a manicure person in general so might be biased). Liked the massage chair situation and would definitely return to try the wine pedicure (it was out of stock that day). Back polishing: It was something like a facial but for body, I really liked it. I think this is also something I’ll return for. Face wax and Facial: I loved the facial itself, especially the eye mask, but was not happy with the results, made my face look dull and dark. The beautician mentioned that it’s because of the waxing done right before facial and she asked me to wait for a day to see the dullness fade. There are still no results it’s the second day today."
